The use of strategic consulting will be when advising executives of the company or organization of the best way to carry out core priorities or tasks. I aim to help the client understand and face strategic challenges of running their company or organization. I will examine and summarize my client's organization by using tools to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential threats. (S.W.O.T). By doing this I can recommend the course of action that is most likely lead to the best future for your company or organization. Some examples of this would be used for a transitional plan due to retirement or an additional product line and/or additional location(s) or an independent quality control analysis. Experience in these areas could help save time an money for those venturing towards this for the first time.
